Florence Welch was born on 28th August 1986 in Camberwell, England. He created her band in the childhood naming “Florence + the Machine”. In 2006 the band became famous and in 2009 they released their album “Lungs”. Their famous songs are “Kiss with a Fist” and “Shake it out”. In the year 2011 their next album was released naming “Ceremonials" band’s next album was “How Big, ow Blue, How Beautiful” in 2015. Florence and the Machine will be in concert in France in 2015. The fans expect their idol, ticket in hand.

The birth of the group

Florence Welch who is the lead singer of an English Indie Rock band “Florence + the Machine” was born on 28th August 1986 in Camberwell, England. He was attracted towards music since her childhood. He was inspired by her parents to pursue career in music industry after getting out of college.

The group's success

She already had made her band in her childhood but the success her band got was in 2006 when she was drunk and she got hold of Mairead Nash who was a DJ and she sang to her “Something’s Got a Hold On” and after a week Queens of Noize, Mairead Nash was member of called her to perform in their club night. This was the ticket Florence + the Machine were waiting for. Due to her strong voice when it came to concerts Florence + the Machine were least concerned about the fear to perform live. The band included “Florence”, her friend “Isabella Summers” and five other members. “Kiss with a fist” was the first hit of the band. In 2009 the band released its debut album “Lungs” and it topped the music charts in U.K and got the second position in Ireland. It got 17th position in U.S.A music charts.

In 2010 Florence got a chance to work as a singer in America but she refused to leave her band. The band released another album “Ceremonials” in 2011 and a single “What the Water Gave Me” got more than one and a half million views in two days. Performing live was never a problem for the band so concerts Florence + the Machine performed in were quite in number during the recording of Ceremonials. The band also worked with Drake and in 2012 Florence faced a severe vocal injury. ”Sweet Nothing” was the second song of Calvin Harris in collaboration with this band and it reached number 1 in U.K music charts. In the same year the band was nominated for a Grammy Award. The band also performed a song “Over the Love “for the movie “The Great Gatsby”.

In 2014 the band started working on the next album. The concerts Florence + the Machine were performing in were also going alongside the recording of new album. It was start of 2015 when the band released its next album “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful” and the album topped the music charts in U.S.A.

The upcoming concerts Florence + the Machine are going to perform in include one starting from 27th June and ending on 4th July 2015 in Roskilde (Denmark). After that they are going to perform in France and then on 16th July 2015 they have a live performance in Portugal.
